Returns

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (with tags, cover, or packaging intact).

• Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for size, style, or color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
